[Business Name]
Dear [IPA],

I wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience with your company. I will ask first that you find out which salesperson came into my office first. I enjoyed him very much and had already committed to looking at your company when I received a call from your sales team. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that he would get credit if I did in fact decide to go with your company because, I clearly explained to him that the first salesman was going to check back with me in a month because I had asked him to.

At any rate I liked [IPA Consultant] the minute I met her. She was very open and direct from the beginning. This I liked, and by the time she finished her analysis I believe that in fact your company might be able to help what I felt like was a rare situation. The following Monday, I met [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant]. They listened to the team as well as me. They grabbed on to my vision and decided to make a plan. What I liked about [IPA Consultant] was that he was able to see through the smoke screen and help set the stage for what could or could not be a good outcome for the company as a whole. Remember at no point did [IPA Consultant] say or do anything without my approval but he did have an unpleasant conversation about as graciously as anyone could have it. That set the stage for what I believe has the potential to be one of your company’s biggest successes.

At this point [IPA Consultant] and [IPA Consultant] laid out a plan to either make or break my situation. This sounds drastic and believe me, I am well aware of how drastic my situation is. [IPA Consultant] left the next day and in comes [IPA Consultant] the "good cop". We again reviewed the plan and hit the floor running. It was so refreshing to be on the same page as someone else. [IPA Consultant] set the stage for me to take ownership of my company and [IPA Consultant] helped me lay every brick. She has taken the knowledge I already have an expanded on it as well as pointed out my deficiencies and taken the time to teach me in a way that I like to learn. One of my biggest deficiencies is learning to teach those who line in the box. Although I need little picture people around me she has been able to structure and teach to those folks in a manner that is more structured. [Employee] is thriving with her new processes. The tools that I have been trying to create and bring closure to over the last year are now complete and I feel that I have time to do my job in a way that I know it needs to be done. The smoke screen appears to be clearing and productivity is once again where it needs to be. We have taken a year’s worth of learning and packed it in to four weeks.
