Dear [IPA Employee]:

I realized that my company was in financial problems some time ago. Sales had been steadily declining for about a year. Knowing that I had to do something about it, I got help from [IPA]. As a result, [IPA Consultant] was sent to help me. I was running the business on guesswork. With the help of IPA, I learned how to operate the business and received all the tools to do it with. [IPA Consultant] assisted me in cleaning up my books that were in such a mess that I was embarrassed at first. He put me at ease and made it seem like it was no big deal. I also didn’t have a marketing strategy, and he put one in place so that I could get more business. [IPA Consultant] has the patience of a saint; he explained how to use all of the systems he put in place for me so that I could use them. He also found unpaid invoices and helped collect the money owed and wrote letters to customers to change the billing rate because he showed me that I was not charging enough for my services; in fact, in some cases I was losing money.

I could go on and on about the great job he has done here, and I wish I could keep him, but I know that is not possible. He leaves me here with the confidence that I now know how to run my business.
