We have been very pleased with the progress that has been made during our IPA engagement.

Our company is in a transitional phase and we felt like we needed an outsider to look at what we have done, where we are and what we needed to do to get where we want to be. I was putting in too much time and felt like I was making no progress toward making the company a sustainable enterprise. We needed confirmation that our product and concept is reasonable. I wanted confirmation that our accounting information system was giving me the correct information. But, perhaps the most critical need was a comprehensive marketing strategy.

The first two phases of the engagement confirmed that we did know where we were. Of course, there were some adjustments that were recommended and which we are implementing.

The marketing plan that has been developed is well thought out, thoroughly understood, and is actionable. We are extremely pleased with what we think that we can do with this plan.
