July 12, 2007 Today IPA will conclude an intense ten week overhaul of [Business Name]. The process identified weaknesses and implemented systems and strategies to correct the problems that we faced. I was somewhat reluctant and frankly scared that the decision I made 10 weeks ago to hire on IPA might be a call that could have put my company out of business. As it turned out, hiring IPA was the best decision I’ve made as President of [Business Name]. I feel confident that [Business Name] will succeed and be a leader in our industry for many years to come. I can not emphasize enough in this letter how much [IPA Consultant] has impressed me with his overall knowledge of business processes. His ability to grasp and understand my company’s unique details and message, tweak, focus or completely revamp areas was completely on target. His suggestions and methodology were explained at what ever level was necessary to achieve his goal to me and my staff. He has been a great teacher and has inspired me to think and operate at a much higher level. For this, I thank him. Needless to say, IPA has surpassed my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use IPA’s services again. My company has been approached three times in the last few years to develop a buy out with complimentary business in our area. I am currently in talks with two. If they develop further I am considering using IPA to help guide and strategize with the negotiations. I look forward to maintaining dialog and reporting progresses to [IPA Consultant] and IPA.
